one of my best friends is engaged! kayla and her (now) fiance live in miami and got engaged down there a few weeks ago. kayla came back to minnesota recently for a visit and we got to celebrate at a fun girls brunch at cov in downtown wayzata. i've been to cov a few times before for dinner, but this was my first brunch. it was awesome! the food was great (i had the huevos rancheros. yum.) and the view of lake minnetonka is not to miss! we are all wayzata high school grads so it was fun to be ... buck night!
every thursday night during the summer is 'buck night' at the canterbury horsetrack. this means $1 admission and lots of food and drinks deals! tony and i went this past thursday night and had a really fun summer date night. we love to watch the horses and cheer for our favorites. i think we will go multiple times this summer, but i feel like i can cross it off the summer bucket list! tony is always taking candids of me and i secretly love it. ...
