one of my best friends is engaged! kayla and her (now) fiance live in miami and got engaged down there a few weeks ago. kayla came back to minnesota recently for a visit and we got to celebrate at a fun girls brunch at cov in downtown wayzata. i’ve been to cov a few times before for dinner, but this was my first brunch. it was awesome! the food was great (i had the huevos rancheros. yum.) and the view of lake minnetonka is not to miss! we are all wayzata high school grads so it was fun to be back in downtown wayzata and get back to our stomping grounds a bit!
our server offered us mimosas and we thought, why mess around with juice? we went straight champagne!
